NL Scholarship What is the NL Scholarship. It is a scholarship program financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, together with many Dutch universities and universities of applied sciences. The aim is to assist talented international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in the Netherlands. What the Scholarship Covers The award is a one-time grant in the first year of study. It is not a full-tuition scholarship. It helps offset some costs, but you’ll need to cover tuition + living costs beyond what this gives.
