Türkiye Scholarships 2026 Turkish Government offer Türkiye scholarship to international students. This Scholarships is a government-funded scholarship program by the Republic of Turkey for international students. The scholarship is quite comprehensive: it covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, accommodation, health insurance, a Turkish language course (one year if needed), and flight tickets for arrival (and sometimes departure) depending on the program. It offer support for various levels of higher education, associate, bachelor's,master9, PhD and also short term research programs Benefit: Monthly stipend Undergrad ~ ₺3,500; Master’s ~ ₺5,000; PhD ~ ₺6,500 (rates may vary) Tuition Fee Fully waived for most programs under the scholarship. Eligibility Criteria Main requirements: Academic success: For bachelor’s/associate degree: at least 70% grade (or equivalent) in previous studies. For master’s/PhD: at least 75% (or equivalent). Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy) often require ~90%. Age limits: Bachelor’s: under ~21 years old Master’s: under ~30 years old PhD: under ~35 years old For some short‐term / research scholarships a higher age limit (e.g. up to 50 for research) may apply. Must be international student, i.e. not a Turkish citizen. Graduates or those who will graduate at the end of the current academic year are eligible. How Apply: Applications are usually online via the Türkiye Scholarships portal (TurkiyeBurslari) Application period for full‐time programs (Bachelor / Master / PhD) is generally January to February every year.
