KFUPM Scholarship Distinguished graduate applicants who demonstrate exceptional qualifications and performance with a high GPA can be admitted as Full-time MS or Ph.D. students with a full scholarship. We offer scholarships for all PhD programs and for a limited number of MS programs, specifically those that do not have corresponding doctoral programs. Accordingly, they receive the following benefits: Stipend according to category. Free-furnished air-conditioned on-campus housing, with utilities and maintenance. Deadline to pay the semester registration fee is before the beginning of the semester. Deadline to pay the credit hour fee is before the end of 2nd week of the semester. If a student drops a course with permanent record, he/she will lose the package.
